Is there a nightly minimum?

Yes, during the weekends there is a 2-day minimum. During the weekday there is no minimum.

When is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is at 3:00 pm, and Check-out is at 11:00 am. We do offer early check-in for an additional $35 if you are interested (you can select at checkout). This allows you to check in at least 2 hours early.

Parking?

Most units have a reserved space in our parking lot (units D, E, F, G, H, & I). For the other units and if you need additional space, there's ample on-street parking available as well as grass parking behind the Borne 605 building.

Wi-Fi?

We have very reliable Wi-Fi with fast download speeds.

Food?

All units are equipped with a full kitchen, refrigerator & freezer, dishwasher and stovetop/oven. There are several great restaurants nearby - the closest being The Firefly Taco Cantina, which is our neighbor!

How close are units to each other?

Our units are under the same roof and share common walls. Don't worry though - they're well sound-proofed and guests enjoy minimal distraction.

What size are the units?

Our units are all unique and there's no one-size-fits all. Our one-bedroom units are about 800 square feet, whereas our three-bedroom (Turkey Tail) is about 1400 square feet.

What's your policy for cancellations and rescheduling requests?

Unfortunately, because our credit card processor charges us 4% for every transaction, all refunds are subject to this cost and will be deducted from the total.
100% refunds are given for any cancellations made until 5 days before check-in (less a 4% transaction fee).
50% refund for cancellations made within 4 days of check-in (less a 4% transaction fee).
We are happy to reschedule your stay up to 45 days prior to check-in. Please note we may not be able to reschedule your stay if given less than 14 days' notice before your scheduled check-in.
